The secret to glowing skin lies on one’s healthy diet.  If one is healthy and stays fit all the time, people eventually will notice their skin as becoming more and more radiant as time goes by.  Dry and scaly skin is a result of unhealthy diet.

Actually there are many ways for one to be able to get a naturally glowing skin.  There are a variety of foods one can eat to keep her skin young looking, fresh and naturally glowing all over.

A balance diet is necessary in the overall health of any individual.  A healthy diet incorporates lots of fruits and vegetables in the carbohydrate and protein diet.  Although they don’t excite the taste of most kids, it is a fact that they are very beneficial to one’s health and beauty.  A shiny hair, glowing skin, strong nails and intact senses are among the things that are noticeable in a healthy body.

Mackerel, fresh tuna and sardines are also good for the skin since they contain the essential fatty acids which promote healthy looking skin that is moisturized.  Spinach and other green leafy vegetables also promote skin’s nourishment.  It is high in water content aside from the minerals and vitamins it contains.  Extra virgin oil in cooking also contains antioxidants and good fats which likewise promote skin’s nourishment.
