He will worry about saying something stupid to a woman and embarrassing himself no matter how confident, good looking or successful he is. Some women believe that men are threat more by being assertive but the truth is, they will appreciate it more if you will take the initiative. Most men believe in balance of power. Show an interest in them and they will love you.
