Helpful Tips in Removing Tight Fitting Rings

- Study shows that more blood flows to your hands to feed the muscles and this makes your hand expand slightly in the morning. Try removing them in the morning when you are standing up or doing your morning routine. If you will do it as soon as you wake up in the morning and before you get out of bed have a lubricant ready like baby oil, lotion, etc. You can now start by moving or twisting the ring to get the oil or lotion under the ring and then while still twisting try to pull it off. You must do it very quickly because all this activity gets the blood circulating again. You can also try to remove that ring in a cold day. A cold day In a cold day, it would cause your hand to contract making your hand smaller.
- You can also try to get it off while washing your hands because you are using two (2) lubricants, the soap and the water.
- Raise your hands up. Try raising your hand with the offending ring straight up for about one to two minutes. The heart has a hard time pumping blood all the way up there and all the blood flows out of the hand. The hand now becomes skinner and the ring comes right off.
