If you do not feel any symptoms, it does not mean you are safe from heart diseases. Most doctors especially cardiologists say that heart diseases are the number one killer disease in our country. It can strike you anywhere, anytime at any age. More health experts give these very simple tips for a healthy heart:

Have a regular exercise- Walking, dancing, jogging and swimming are the best exercise that you can do for your heart. Exercise everyday if possible, if not then at least 4 times a week. It also strengthens our body immune system. It also helps lowered blood pressure and helps control body weight.

Depression a Serious Fatal Illness

Financial problems, heart aches, sexual abuse, crime, broken homes, lost of love ones, disappointments. These things may lead to a depression and it is something to be concerned about, because it may affect your ability to go on with your normal life or worst it may ruin your entire life.

Many people could be suffering from depression and their having a hard time dealing with it. Depression may become a very serious problem if the person with this kind of illness did not get the proper help that she/he needs. You may know it but you may already a victim of this serious fatal illness.

When will you know that you are a depress person? I have read a book and it says that you may have a major depression if you have five of any of these symptoms and if these symptoms last for about 3 weeks

  1. Having a hard time in sleeping
  2. Lost of pleasure or interest to the things that you usually enjoyed
  3. Over sadness
  4. Exhaustion
  5. Loss of weight and appetite but in some cases gaining too much of it
  6. Worthlessness feeling of guilt
  7. You are out of focus

Most of the people who have this kind of symptoms still making mistake of not seeking help. Self denial is the main reason, they see themselves as a strong one, and they keep on saying that their ok but the truth is their out of control.
