10 Simple tips on how to stay young

  1. Delete non-useful numbers. These are your age, heavy weight and height. Don’t worry about them.
  2. Spend more time with your jolly friends.
  3. Keep yourself busy. Learn more on how to use the computer, internet surfing, baking and cooking, etc. Never let your body and brain get stop. Set your goals and never stop dreaming.
  4. Enjoy life. Learn to appreciate simple things and blessings. Don’t count what you lost, cherish what you have and plan what to gain.
  5. Always smile and laugh. Smiling is the best facial massage and laughing is the best medicine.
  6. Never stay in emotional pain. It’s not right to stay in it when you know you have already had too much. And it is not wrong to be happy when you know it’s about time that you deserve to be. Cheer up and move on coz life must go on.
  7. Make music your passion. Learn a song or a simple dance step. It will help you relieve stress.
  8. Have a healthy life style. Exercise regularly. Eat healthy food.  Avoid unhealthy habit like cigarette smoking, drinking liquor, stress, junk foods, etc.
  9. Spend quality time with your family. Attend mass, watch a movie, go to the mall or have a picnic together.
  10. Let GOD be the center of your life. Read the bible everyday and talk to GOD through prayers. A GOD centered life is a happy and healthy life.
